About the Organization

The Diamer Basha Development Company (Pvt.) Ltd., a subsidiary of WAPDA, oversees the strategic planning, supervision, and management of the Diamer Basha Dam Project — one of Pakistan’s largest and most significant hydropower projects.

Position Overview

Job Title: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The CEO will lead the company’s operations, ensuring successful project delivery, technical supervision, financial management, and stakeholder coordination.
This role demands visionary leadership, technical expertise, and experience in managing large-scale civil infrastructure projects.

Required Qualifications

Applicants must possess a degree in one of the following disciplines from a HEC-recognized university:

• Civil Engineering
• Construction Management
• Structures / Geotech / Hydraulics
• Business Administration (Project Management / Finance)
• Or an equivalent degree relevant to large-scale infrastructure projects.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 20 years of professional experience in engineering, project management, or related fields.
• At least 5 years in a senior management role within large-scale civil infrastructure or mega projects.
• Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and deliver results under strict deadlines.

Skills Required

• Strategic project management and leadership abilities
